CJX2 series AC Contactor is suitable for using in the circuits of rated voltage up to
660V AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated current up to 95A, for making, breaking, frequently
starting & controlling the AC motor. Combined with the auxiliary contact block,
timer delay & machine-interlocking device etc, it becomes the delay contactor,
mechanical interlocking contactor, star-delta starter. With the thermal relay, it is
combined into the electromagnetic starter. The Contactor is produced according to
IEC 60947-4.

Operating conditions
Ambient temperature: -5ºC~+40ºC;
Air conditions: At mounting site, relative humidity not exceed 50% at the
maximum temperature of +40ºC. For the wettest month, the maximum relative
humidity averaged shall be 90% while the lowest temperature averaged in that
month is +20ºC,special measures should be taken to occurrence of condensation.
Altitude: ≤2000m;
Pollution grade: 2
Mounting category: III;
Mounting conditions: inclination between the mounting plane and the vertical
plane not exceed ±5º;
The product should locate in the places where there are no obvious impact and
shake.

Structure features
The contactor is composed of arc-extinguishing system, contact system, base frame and magnetic system (including iron core,
coil).
The contact system of the contactor is of direct action type and double-breaking points allocation.
The lower base-frame of the contactor is made of shaped aluminum alloy and the coil is of plastic enclosed structure.
The coil is assembled with the amarture to be an integrated one. They can be directly taken out from or inserted into the
contactor.
