Brief introduction:

The equipment by the bottle conveying, synchronous belt transmission, servo and tracking system, automatic filling plug to plug, plug on rotary tracking, automatic tracking from cover to cover, manipulator cover screw cap, RABS (restricted access to the isolation system) and human-machine intelligent control system and other parts. Under the protection of the one-way flow, through the feeding, tracking the filling, the vacuum of the plug, the manipulator to remove the lid, finally completed the bottle movement.

The equipment can be produced by single machine, and can also be produced in linkage line. To meet the relevant filling accuracy and the requirements of visible foreign objects, RABS can meet the cleanliness requirements of the new edition of GMP Appendix 1, and the other can be selected with RABS.
