Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), also known as alanine aminotransferase, mainly exists in the tissue cells, when the human body in the activities of various organs or lesions, the ALT will be released into the blood, so that the serum ALT content increased.ALT is abundant in liver cells and mainly exists in the soluble part of liver cells. When the liver is damaged, this enzyme can be released into the blood, leading to an increase in the activity concentration of this enzyme in the blood. Therefore, ALT is often used as a sensitive indicator to judge the damage of liver cells, but other diseases or factors can also cause the increase of ALT to varying degrees.

1. The kit is only used for external diagnosis.

2. It is necessary to re-calibrate when using different lot numbers.

3. In case of accidental contact with skin or mucous membranes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and go to the hospital for treatment if you feel unwell.

4. It is recommended that all samples and reactive waste be treated as a source of infection.

5. The newly opened reagent should not be mixed with the used reagent for testing. If mixed, the test results may be different.

6. If the reagent has expired, it cannot be used again.
