At first, do a good preparation of connecting the bag and the machine.  

The first step is hang over the bag rope to the cross hanger  and fix it tightly, at that time there is no action of the hook cylinder. 
 
Second step, touch the control switch, click  button one time  to  cliamp the bag, click again to loosen the bag.  

We need to make sure that the jumbo bag is fixed  before we can proceed with the subsequent unloading operations.

1. After clamping the bag, click the lifting button, and the cylinder will lift the bag longitudinallyh to the upper structure and keep moving horizontally to stop at the top of discharging port and down to the diacharging gate.This step could be finished by customer's  travelling crane or  forklift;  
 
2. Open the discharging mouth below of the bulk bag to the controlling valve, then tighten the valve and close the hatch gate in time to prevent dust pollution to the working environment.    

 
3. Push the button of controlling valve and the attached vibration or flap device, to make the powders and particles falling  into the buffer bin, and the materials will be thansported along with designed direction by conveying devices.
