A: Payment terms: 30% down payment against order by T/T, the balance of 70% to be paid on delivery.

Q: Do you offer Installation&debugging?
A: Generally we don't go abroad for installation but provide online supporting services. If it's necessary and the factory indeed need our engineers, we will help our customers overseas to solve the problems. And the relevant cost is beared on your part. 


Q: What's policy for guarantee and broken parts ?
A: Our company provides 12 months for all mechanical parts with the exception of electronic parts and those subjects to normal wear and tear. Meanwhile, the guarantee starts from the shipment (B/L date).
