High-power rectifying silicon unit is an important equipment of electric transmission, and its performance of diode can directly affect locomotive performance and operation safety. Therefore, the performance of the diode is an indispensable part of locomotive operation.
The test bed is used to determine the performance of the diode by detecting the leakage current of the diode at the current state pressure drop and reverse repeat peak voltage. When changing the element of a silicon unit, it can be used as the b22asis for the component to match the other elements.
Note: before using this test console, use the universal meter to determine whether the diode has a short circuit. If there is a short circuit, we can not use this test bed, so as to avoid damage of the equipment short circuit!

This test bed is composed of MS-SP dc stabilized current switching power supply, MS-DP high voltage dc stabilized current switching power supply and industrial microcomputer.
MS-SP dc stabilized current switching power supply:
Input power: three-phase four-wire power supply (AC380V ±10%, 50Hz ± 10%)
Output voltage: 0 ~ 6V continuously adjustable

Storage and warranty
1.the test bed should be stored in a dry dust and temperature range for "- 10 ºC ~ + 40 ºC" environment.
2 . pay attention to the heat dissipation during the use of the power supply, and leave a space of 5cm around the power supply so that the air convection heat dissipation;
3. In the process of use, power supply vent can not be blocked, pay attention to dustproof, and regularly clean the power vent.
