Product Description
Ton bag, bulk bag, jumbo bag, FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) bags are widely utilized in loading, transporting and unloading powder materials.
The Bag Unloader is used to unload powder materials from big bags with easy, efficient and safe operation, and transfer them to other equipment such as conveyor or mixer, etc.
The bulk bags can be lifted by either a forklift or an integrated overhead hoist and trolley. The height of the beam is adjustable according to individual request.
Frame is made by robust carbon steel or stainless steel for heavy duty job. For delivery, the frame can be disassembled.
A lot of useful options can be selected for easy operation, such as vibrator/massager to shake the bag bottom in order to improve the flowing of the materials,
dust filter to prevent dust, weighing device for automatic discharging, etc.
