Advantages of magnetic cartridge

1.Conserve water.Since the magnetic cartridge does not leak and has stable performance,it can effectively save water resources on the premise of ensuring the design function of the cartridge is realized and meets the needs of the end user.

2.The opening force of the cartridge is basically constant, and is less affected by changes in water pressure.Due to the use of magnetic technology and the unique design of the cartridge, the opening force of this product is minimally affected by changes of water pipe pressure.When the pressure of the water pipe rises from 0.1 Mpa to 1.6 Mpa, the pressure to open the magnetic cartridge only needs to increase about 1N, which is less than 10%, and the force is basically constant according to authoritative tests.

3.The product applies a wide range of pressure. The magnetic cartridge can work normally in the water pressure range of 0.02MPa-1.0MPa, while the working range of the traditional cartridge is basically in the range of 0.05MPa-0.75MPa. 

4.High cost performance.The magnetic cartridge adopts new technology and new processing technology to solve the inherent defects of the traditional cartridge, and the performance of the product has been greatly improved, but the price is basically equivalent to the traditional cartridge,or even slightly lower,which can create greater value for customers.Product cost-effective.

5.Long life cycle.This product adopts magnetic indirect drive technology.There is substantially no wear during opening and closing of the cartridge because of no direct contact between the drive components.The company uses high-quality permanent magnetic materials to ensure longer life of cartridge at the same time.The service life of the magnetic cartridge is five times compare to the traditional cartridge tested by authoritative institutions.
