Product Description:
Butenafine HCL is a kind of non prescription medicine used in Department of dermatology. White crystalline or crystalline powder with no odor or slight odor and bitter taste. Soluble in methanol, ethanol or chloroform, insoluble in anhydrous acetic acid or acetonitrile, insoluble in ether.

Function:
Butenafine is indicated for the topical treatment of tinea (pityriasis) versicolor due to Malassezia furfur, as well as athlete's foot (Tinea pedis), ringworm (Tinea corporis) and jock itch (Tinea cruris) due to Epidermophyton floccosum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton rubrum, and Trichophyton tonsurans. Butenafine is typically available as a 1% topical cream.

USES:
* Allamines as antifungal agents.
It has a broad spectrum of antifungal activity.
For fungal skin infections such as tinea alba, tinea alba, tinea alba and pityriasis variolata.
* For the treatment of bronchial asthma, asthmatic bronchitis and emphysema.
