XNR-400B melt flow rate testing equipment is used to determine the fluidity of thermoplastic polymer at high temperature according to the test method of GB/T 3682, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS resin, polycarbonate. It is easy to operate, stable in operation, and can be tested for a long time.

  1. The XNR-400B adopts industrial PLC programmable controller, LCD operating platform, temperature part adopts separate temperature unit, LED digital display
  2. The machine can measure the melting density of the raw material at the test temperature, and the system also has a temperature calibration function.
  3. It has two test methods: MRF, MVR. The machine can control the temperature automatically, two cutting methods: manual, time control, automatic. Cutting interval and cutting time can be arbitrarily set.
