Product Performance:
The product is colorless or light yellow liquid. It's easy to dissolve in water, it's hydrolysis stability is good, adaptability for PH value is also good, safe and nonpoisonous. Solidification point is around -2.8, specific gravity is around 1.04g/cm3.This product is high charge density polymer AKD curing agent, emulsion provides strong cationic promoter and a function of promoting curing.

Applications:
This product is used for AKD neutral and alkaline sizing agent system, greatly restrain the tendency of hydrolysis and Migration. This product is used to replace cationic starch and Chitosan, greatly decrease the production cost of intermediate, the neutral sizing agent produced by curing promoter can cure soon after leaving the machine, so as to make the paper with a water resistance properties immediately, use little neutral sizing agent can also get the good sizing effect.

Usage method and Dosage:
This product can be added to the intermediate synthetic process, or with a certain proportion in emulsion, it can be added more in papermaking system of stronger anionic trash, as a sizing agent balancing potentiometer, it has a double function of improvement of sizing and ripening, if only for increasing the stability of sizing agent to restrain the hydrolysis of AKD to decrease the curing time, we suggest that the dosage should be self regulated by users, or you may also consult with our company's technicians.

Package and Transportation:
210kg plastic drums or 1200kg plastic IBC drums, Sealing Packaging, avoid contacting with strong oxidant, it's shelf life is 12 months, it can be transported as non hazardous product.
