BT820 PIB Polyisobutylene Thermoplastic Primary Sealant for Insulating Glass
BT820 PIB Polyisobutylene Thermoplastic Sealant is based on polyisobutylene and specially designed for use as primary seal to prevent moisture vapor transmission into the airspace in the insulating glass units. One component, solvent-free, non-fogging, low water vapor transmission rate, excellent adhesion to glass and metal spacers.

• Meets the standard of JC/T 914-2014
• One part,solvent free and non-fogging
• Excellent sealing and waterproof performance
• Excellent aging resistance
• Exhibits excellent adhesion to glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, stainless steel, etc
• Maintain good plasticity and tightness over a wide temperature range
• Surface does not crack and does not harden
• Due to its extremely low water vapor transmission rate, it can be combined with an elastic sealant to form an excellent moisture resistance system for insulating glass

• BT820 PIB Polyisobutylene Thermoplastic Sealant is specially designed for use as primary seal in insulating glass units to prevent moisture vapor from transmitting into the airspace as well as retain gasses.

• BT820 PIB Polyisobutylene Thermoplastic Sealant is stored in a cool, dry environment at -10ºC~ 35ºC , it has a shelf life of 24 months from date of production.

• BT820 PIB Polyisobutylene Thermoplastic Sealant is non-dangerous and can be transported by train, car, ship and airplane.
