Soft touches, Hard film, Fast drying, Gloss, Water/Rub/Block resistance, compatibility with pigment dispersants.

IV: APPLICATIONS:
HN-5001 acrylic polymer emulsion is rheology controlled. It is suitable for screen printing pastes, which can be printed on porous or textile substrates, such as cotton fabric, cotton/polyester combined fabric etc.

Test (productions) procedures
1Low speed dispersing, add in order, dispersing for 5 minutes. 
2High speed dispersing 40 minutes. 
3Add in order, medium speed mixing for 10 minutes. 
4Medium speed mixing for 3 minutes. 
5High speed mixing for 5 minutes.

 Storage and Packing
 
 All the emulsions/additives are water based and can be shipped without any risk.
 The emulsions/additives are packed in 200kgs. plastic/iron barrels, 1000kgs. pallet packing, or 20 tons soft packing for 20 feet container.
 The normal transportation is by sea.
 Free samples are available for customers.
 The allowable weight deviations are 1 kg for 200kgs. barrel and 2 kgs. for 1000kgs. barrel.
 The minimum order should be 1 ton.
 The best storage temperature is at 5-35 degree Celsius for 6 months. Exposed in direct sunlight or be placed at minus 0 degree Celsius are prohibited.

Q:Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A:We are a manufacturer, not a trading company.
Q:How long is your lead time?
A:The normal lead time is 5-10 days. It is according to the quantity and inquire of us before place any orders.
Q:Do you provide free samples? Are the samples free of charge or need to be paid?
A:Yes, free samples of 0.5-1 kg for each type are available for our customers. The samples are free but the freight is collected.
Q:What are the terms of payment?
A:For small orders less than 1,000.00 USD, full payment is needed in advance. Payment >=1,000.00 USD, T/T payment is needed with 30%  in advance and the balance is fully paid before shipment.
Q:How about your research ability? Do you offer technical support service?
A:We have our own research lab and testing lab. Many universities and institutes has built a long-term strategic partnership with us. We offer technical support services for our customers.
Q:Can I place a small order for first time to test the quality.
A:Yes, you can order a ton emulsion to run tests in your factory for the start order.
Q:Can I visit your factory?
A:Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory in Qingdao.
