Application

The XDP-25 road construction equipment Hdd horizontal drilling rig machine is used in the trenchless laying of municipal, electric power, tap water, gas, oil, natural gas, and thermal pipelines.XDP-25 horizontal drilling rig machine mainly used in horizontal precipitation projects, environmental treatment projects, long-distance pipe shed support projects. XDP-25 HDD drilling rig is also used in special foundation treatment and advanced drilling of pipe jacking projects.

 Main Structure Features
A. Adopting advanced control technology for the hydraulic and electric systems, the rig is comfortable in operation; adopting wired remote control method; main components are adopted well-known brands home and abroad.
B. The rotation of drill head is driven with dual low speed hydraulic motors, in large torque, set with 2 gear stepless speed adjustment.
C. Drill head feeding/pull adopted dual motors driving and adopting rack and pinion transmission structure, the rig is in high stability and efficiency. 
D. Mud pump is driven hydraulically and in mechanical transmission, the pump can be adjusted flexibly for its pressure and displacement.
E. Adopting steel crawlers with rubber track boots, the rig can not only sustain heavy loading, but travel on all kinds of roads.
F. Provided with completed set drilling tools, including Φ73×3000mm drill rod, and the tools can be provided basing on special customization.
G. Equipped with wireless guiding device, the rig is in easy operation.
H. With robotic hand in option, it is easy for rod loading and unloading and in higher efficiency; thus the operators' physical strength are largely decreased.
