Three-rolls dough sheeter for biscuit production
Features:
Designed for feeding and primary sheeting hard biscuit dough.
Material standard:
1. Feeding trough roll diameter: Ø300, the surface is treated with special anti-rust and anti-staining, surface hardness: HRC58-62
2. Diameter of the lower roller: Ø300, the surface is treated with special anti-rust and anti-staining, surface hardness: HRC58-62
3. Working width: 1450mm, electric adjustment of dough thickness
4. Dimensions: 1100X2700X1800
5. The side plate is made of Q235 carbon steel material, and the thickness after processing is 32mm,
The surface is plated with hard chrome, the surface hardness is HRC58-62
6. The conveyor frame plate uses Q235 carbon steel material, the thickness after processing is 15mm,
The surface is plated with hard chrome, the hardness is HRC58-62
7. The pallet uses 304 stainless steel
8. The roller and the conveyor belt are controlled by independent motors, which is easy to adjust
