The main ingredients of EMP ABDO-ZN are metallic oxide and additives having outstanding antimicrobial effect. The product can meet the requirement of OKEO-TEX standard.

The product is used with padding process:
Example:  Polyester fabric
Padding (uptake:60%) ~dry (100-110ºC×3min)~Heatset(150ºC-180ºC×1-2min)  
 
Notes:

There are color change for some colors, so the test must be done before the production;Diluted liquid for production is used up within one day;The product has good thixotropic property so that it has good stability. But settlement may occur after long time of storage, and the product must be stirred before use assuring the homogenization of the product.
