(+)-α-Terpineol is a chemical constituent of skullcap. It is a colorless oily liquid to solid with floral lilac aroma.

It owns sweet lime taste. It is used as a flavoring agent due to its distinctiveness. It is used as intermediates, solvents and as a fragrancing agent in perfumery.
