CHARACTER:
The product is colorless clear and slightly viscous liquid.
PHARMACOLOGICAL:
Ivermectin is a new-type anthelmintic with broad
spectrum, high efficacy and low toxicity.Its mechanism of action is increasing the releasing ofthe polypide GABA(γ-minobutyric acid) ,opening the Cl- aisle that controlled by aminoglutaminic acid and increasing the neurilemma's permeability for Cl-.Accordingly, the transmission of nerval signal is blocked and the muscle's contractibilitylost, the polypide is lead to paralysis and death.
This product is rapidly absorbed after injection,blood concentration reaches peak value in 2 hours.It distributes widely in gastrointestinal tract,internal organs and skin.
INDICATIONS:
A kind of antiparasite drug, used in the treatment and prevention of nematodiasis, mite disease and other parasitical insects disease in livestock.
1.Used in the treatment of intracorporal parasite infections such as roundworm, pinworm, metastrongylus, oesophagstomum and ostertagis etc.
2.Ectozoa infections such as burrowing mites, scab mites and blood lice in cattle, sheep, pigs and rabbit.
3.Avoid the invasion of arthropods such as fly, tick and cleg etc.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Single subcutaneous injection:
For each kg body weight: Cattle and sheep 0.2mg, pig 0.3mg.
Swine : 0. 3 mg.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Administration to lactating animals.
ADVERSE REACTIONS:
After subcutaneous injection in cattle, sometimes soft tissue will swell but it will naturally recover.
NOTICE:
(1)It is ineffective against cestode, trematode and trickeries trichinosis.
(2)Do not use for female animals during lactating period and parturient cows. (3)Do not used by intramuscular injection and intravenous injection.
WITHDRAWAL TIME:
21 days for cattle and sheep; 28 days for pigs
RECOMMENDED SHELF LIFE:
3 years.
