*This machine with 2x4.5kw air cooling spindles, which could work one by one alternatively, so the operator could use 2 separated cutting tools fixed on the machine.

*It is most suitable for the jobs which use 2 different cutting bits,spindles could be launched by air cylinders which is instructed by DSP controller,also the 2 spindle are mounted in the same Z-axis so they will get the same Z height,the standard motor is high-quality brushless stepper motor,customer could also update to the servo motors if needed,the spindle can also update to Italian HSD one, customized sizes are also acceptable.

1. It adopts a vacuum table and T-slot design, dual-use: vacuum table can absorb large materials such as a wood board with large suction, which is very convenient; a T-shaped groove table can help fix small materials through the fixture.

2.Rugged aluminum machine construction. The material is stress relieved and annealed without distortion, so the machine is always accurate.

3. The three-axis adopts Taiwan imported large square guide rail; the X-axis and Y-axis adopt gear rack and pinion transmission, which has fast working speed, high efficiency, and low cost. Z-axis adopts Taiwan TBI ball screw, which has high precision and long service life.

9. With a dust hood design, the 4" dust filter helps reduce the amount of dust scattered from the CNC router. The unit also includes a hinged door for easy replacement of the drill bit.
