A: We are professional factory specialize in CNC equipment for over 13 years.

Q: What's your MOQ? What's your delivery term?
A: Our MOQ is 1 set machine, we usually require 20-30 days for manufacturing, 1 day for packaging.
The exact time will be depended on your order quantity and customized level.

Q: What's your payment term?
A: We normally accept T/T and L/C at sight, other fast payment way is also accepted if the amount is smalll, like
Western union, Mastercard and cash etc.

Q: Whats your warranty time ? What you can supply to us after we bought your machine?
A: We give customer 1 year quality warranty. In case any accident in customer's factory, we will give permanent technic support and spare parts supplying.
