Automatic Pasta Making Spaghetti Macaroni Packing Processing Production Line

The pasta production line consists of dough mixer, pasta making machine, dryer and packaging machine, with innovative design, stable performance and low energy consumption, that ensures the whole process from flour to finished products.

Application of pasta making machine:
The machine can produce a variety of food patterns using different moulds: such as shell cakes,twist piece,fusilli,lantern crisp, rice crust, macaroni.

1.Dough mixer:First prepare the flour and water and pour into the noodle mixer. You can also add vegetable juice or fruit juice. After a few minutes, you will see the finished product.
2.Pasta making machine:Put the flocculent flour into the pasta machine. The shape of the pasta will be different depending on the mold.

3. Drying machine: Deep process the pasta in a dryer to remove moisture. During drying, the taste, color and shape of the pasta do not change.
4. Packing machine: The dried pasta is delivered through the conveyor belt to a packaging machine, which packs fragile products.
