Based on the vortex principle of vonkarman, LUGBML uses piezoelectric crystal as the test element. It is a new type of stress detection vortex Flowmeter. It has the advantages of large range ratio, high precision, low pressure loss, good media versatility, pulse output proportional to flow rate, easy to connect with computer, etc., because the detection probe and eddy current generator of the sensor are installed separately. High temperature resistant piezoelectric crystal does not touch the instrument has the advantages of simple structure, good versatility and high stability. The LUGBML series of vortex Flowmeter sensors can be used to detect and measure the flow of various gases, liquids and vapors. It can be used with our company's ML6000 series vortex Flowmeter. It can also cooperate with computer and temperature, pressure and density sensors to form a high-precision mass flow or heat flow detection system.

The two most important installation considerations for vortex meters are upstream and downstream straight length requirements, and the need to keep all wetted parts "flooded". We discuss both these installation considerations below.
Like most flow devices, a Vortex flow meter requires a well developed and symmetrical flow velocity profile, free from any distortions or swirls if it is to give good accuracy and repeatability. To achieve good accuracy and repeatability it is standard practice to place the meter some distance from sources of turbulence. Common sources of turbulence include pumps, valves, changes in line direction (i.e. bends), changes in line size etc.
