Acid anti-staining soaping agent

 

[Base features]  

Appearance:yellowish to yellow transparent liquid
pH value: 7.5 ±1.0(1%aqueous solution)
Ionicitycationic / non-ionic
Solubility:easy to soluble in water 

 

[Production description ]

This product is a surfactant compound used for typical of nylon for dyeing acid dyes and soaping printed fabrics with nylon as representative.

[Characteristic and advantages]

1.Eco-friendly products without  formaldehyde, APEO and heavy metal ions.

2. It can wash float color efficiently and improve various fastness indexes.

3. Prevent staining of printed white background.

4. No change in color and bright color after washing.

 

[Application ]

Used for acid dyeing and soaping of printed fabric with nylon as representative.

[Reference dosage and workmanship  ]

 Intermittent processing method: Water ratio 1:20~50

 

Room temperature*5-10′ → drainage →(repeat1-3times)→ 40-45ºC*5-10′→ drainage →  50-60ºC*5-10′ → drainage → rinse clean
