Collection method of common specimen 
  1. Skin specimen:firstly disinfect the diseased position with 75% alcohol ,select the moving edge of the lesion , and scrape the epidermal dander with a blunt scalpel
  2. Hair :detection of the brittle and loose hair from the root of the disease hair
  3. Sputum:take the morning sputum, if take the expectoration,it must brush your teeth on an empty stomach to disinfect your mouth
