Instruction for gastric function test
Serum gastric function test is a method by extracting 2 ~ 3ml of human venous blood (fasting) and determining the content of gastrin 17 (G-17).Pepsinogen I, II (PG I, II), combined with comprehensive analysis to assist in the diagnosis of gastric mucosal diseases, whose core index is G-17, is a non-invasive, painless, safe and economic gastric disease detection method.
Significance of each test index:
1.PGI<30ug/L , moderate or severe atrophic gastritis in the stomach
2.PGII>11ug/L, stomach inflammation
3.PGR<=3, Severe atrophic gastritis
4.G-17 <=1pmol/L, high acid
G-17≥7pmol/L, low acid (low acid is a high-risk environment for gastric cancer, most of which is caused by atrophic gastritis)
5.Those who are positive for Hp antibodies with PGII > 11ug/L indicates Hp present infection
