This product, also known as Tazobactam, is a derivative of sulbactam, an irreversible competitive β-lactamase inhibitor, which is mediated by penicillinase produced by Staphylococcus aureus and plasmid produced by Gram-negative bacilli. β-lactamase and chromosome-mediated β-lactamase produced by Chemicalbook such as Proteus, Bacteroides, Klebsiella and other bacteria have strong inhibitory effects. The inhibitory effect is better than that of clavulanic acid and sulbactam, and it also has an inhibitory effect on some chromosome-mediated type I enzymes. It has little effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other Pseudomonas and Serratia. Only weak antibacterial activity.
