 Occurred in the3-6 monthsofagepuppiesandyoung dogsinfection,theincubation period of3-6days.
 
For the performance of early disease increase in body temperature 39.5-41.0 degrees, loss of appetite, the spirit of mild melancholy eyes, nose out of the pus-like discharge, sneezing, temporary diarrhea after asymptomatic period of 2-3 days. After 2-14 days, elevated body temperature and clinical symptoms, fever for several weeks, mostly remittent fever type.
 
 On both sides of conjunctivitis or keratitis, the flow of mucus or purulent mucus, particularly serious in some dogs may be corneal ulceration, perforation and lead to blindness. Virus infection alone had mild symptoms, if a secondary bacterial infection symptoms get worse, more serious dogs with respiratory symptoms in the winter.

Sample collection and preparation:
    (1)  The strips is suitable for the collection of  samples for plasma / serum, eye and conjunctival secretions, nasal fluid, saliva, urine.
    (2) Attention to various parts collection at the same time,ensure fresh and effective sample . fully stirring dilution in the test tube,  take the upper material.
    (3) The samples are generally required to immediately check, or should be kept refrigerated, If more than 24 hours, should be cryopreserved.
Detecting steps :
      (1) use saline moistened cotton swab to collect dog eye and conjunctival secretions, nasal fluid, saliva, urine. For plasma directly use a dropper (dropping a drop of serum, add 3 drops of diluent).
 
      (2) Get theCotton swab immersed in the test tube with sample diluent, fully mixing, then get  the supernatant with a disposable dropper.
 
      (3) Take out  the dipstick, then openflat on the table, slowly add 3-5 drops of the mixture dropwise  from the dropper .
 
      (4) After adding the sample solution, about 30 seconds, the red liquid pouring from the window edge rely on observation of the sample hole, the flow to move in another direction.
 
      (5) Judge the outcome after 5-10 minutes.
 
Test Results:
       (1) Negative: When position C shows the red lines, and no color in position T, judged as negative.
 
        Note: When the position T appeared fuzzy trace of color, but does not show a clear line shape, sentenced to negative .
 
      (2) Positive: Position C shows the red lines, the location of T at the same time showing the red line, the result is positive.
 
      Note: the color depth of the position of T at the red lines directly related to the  substances in the number of When the detection of high material content, the location of the lines of the T at the emergence, red slowly fades, or even disappear. Recommended dilution of the sample several times before the test, the red line can be stabilized.
 
      (3) Invalid: position C does not show the red line, regardless of the position T to show the red line or not, the kit to be invalid.

Q1: What's the method u use to do the test?
A: Colloidal Gold Method.


Q2: What's ur MOQ ?
A: Always, for strip format, the MOQ is 5000pcs. While for cassette format, MOQ is 2000pcs, same as midstream.


Q3: What's ur packing of the tests?
A: If u choose the low cost, we will suggest u the bulk packing to go. Which means 1 test in a single pouch, then 100/40 pouches in a plastic bag, 50 bags in a carton. If u need to sell in pharmacy/chain shop or some countries which have strict requirements about the packing, u can choose to pack in a box, like 100pcs in a box, or even 1 test in a single box.


Q4: What's the main differences when comparing products from different suppliers?

Q5: Some tests can be tested with serum/plasma or with whole blood, so what's the difference?
A: Well, if the specimen is whole blood, people will need buffer, lancet and alcohol swab to help the test. If they buy all the accessories, they can test very easily at home. But if the specimen is serum/plasma, it will need centrifuge to separate serum from whole blood first. This way, it's better to use at lab or hospital. And in some words, serum/plasma test will always give a more accurate results.


Q6: How can i distinguish a good test kit?
A: U can judge from the 4facts:Technical data: Such as the accuracy, specificity and sensitivity.
Pouch sealing: Tight enough. If the foil pouch is not sealed well, the humidity in circustance will destroy the reactivity of antibodies labeled on NC membrane. Shelf life will be shorten down.

Flow speed: The shorter the better?? NO!! The reaction of antibodies on NC membrane and antigens in specimen usually requires quite a while to work sufficiently. U can refer to the instruction for more accurate time.

Background: Good test usually gives clean background after running. If there are red smears in the reading window, it usually caused by bad colloidal gold technology or bad NC membrane. Sometimes, the defect caused false positive result in practice
