Product Description
This product's technical name is Polydimethyl-Dialkelen-Ammonium Chloride/POLYDADMAC, it is cationic polymer and it can be completely dissolved in water.

PROPERTIES
The polymer body contains strong cationic group radical and activated-adsorbent group radical which can destabilize and flocculate the suspended solids and the negative-charged water soluble matters in the waste water through electro-neutralization and bridging adsorption. It is very effective in flocculating, decolouring, killing algae and removing organics. The product enjoys small dosage but can cause big flocs, rapid precipitation and low turbidity residue, and it can also produce small amount of sludge. It is adaptable to wide range of pH value, between 0.5 and 1.4. This product is smelless, tasteless and harmless. It can be widely used to treat source water and sewage water.

APPLICATION FIELD
1) Water clarification improves influent, process and effluent water quality by reducing color, suspended solids and turbidity
2) Dissolved air flotation result in clearer subnatants, increased float solids, and greater throughput
3) Belt filter, centrifuge, screw press dewatering_for use as the primary coagulant in dual polymer programs to increase production rates, cake solids and solids capture

DESCRIPTION:BLU DA404 is 40% solid content PolyDADMAC. It is a liquid cationic polymer of high molecular weight, with a high charge density. The charge density makes it well suited for flocculation. PolyDADMAC is widely used in drinking water treatment, wastewater treatment, textiles, cosmetics, mining (coal, gold, diamonds, etc.), paper-making, soil treatment, the oil industry, etc.
 
ADVANTAGES:Liquid form makes it is easy to use.
It can be used alone or in combination with inorganic coagulants, such as Poly Aluminum Chloride.
Non toxic of suggested dosage, economical and effective at low levels.
Can eliminate the use of alum & further ferric salts when used as primary coagulants.
Reduction in sludge of dewatering process system
It is adaptable to wide range of pH value, between 0.5 and 14.

APPLICATION:For water treatment, suggested to use it mixed compatible with Poly Aluminium Chloride for water treatment of turbid river and tap water etc.
When used alone, it should be diluted to the concentration of  0.5%-0.05%( based on solid content).
The dosage is based on the turbidity and the concentration of the different source water. The most economical dosage is based on the trial. The dosing spot and the mixing velocity should be carefully decided to guarantee that the chemical can be mixed evenly with the other chemicals in the water and the flocs can not be broken.
PACKAGE:210Kgs net in plastic drum or 1100Kgs net in IBC drum.
STORAGE:Shelf life: 2 Years (Stored<38ºC )
Should be stored in original containers in cool and dry place, away from sources of heat, flame and direct sunlight.

Application Method:
