Product Description:
The gravity cylinder thickener is widely used in pulp and paper industry for washing and thickening of paper pulp. Apply for concentrating wood pulp, cotton pulp, reed pulp, rice and wheat straw pulp,etc.Compact whole steel structure slurry tank, high capacity per unit area, good thickening effect.
Application
Used for washing and thickening low consistency pulp.
Design Feature
1.Structure is simple and operation is safe and reliable. Discharge consistency and white water consistency is easy to be controlled.
2.Bulk degree of pulp layer forming in this equipment is high and fine impurities has stronger penetrability. So, this equipment is more adaptable to using washing method to remove such fine impurities as ink particles and ash etc.
