Di Ammonium Phosphate

Synonyms: DAP; Di Ammonium Hydrogen Phosphate; Ammonium Phosphate Dibasic.

Di Ammonium Phosphate is a kind of transparent crystalline powder, containing no water. It is soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol. pH 7.6-8.2, CAS#7783-28-0.

Usage:

In food industry, it is leavening agent, dough regulator, yeast food, brewing fermentation additives and buffer.

It is widely used as the source of P and N, makes fertilizer with higly efficient. P and N are important to sustain healthy plaint growth. 

It also is a good animal feed additives.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area and not in direct sunlight. The preferred storage temperature should not exceed 0ºC-30ºC.
Shelf Life: 24 Months.
