Introduction to small mechanical Chute Feeder
The chute feeder can be installed on the ground or on the discharge port of ore bin. The chute bottom plates do the reciprocating movement, the frequency of the movement is 20-60 times/minute and the stroke is 20-200mm, stroke can be adjusted by the eccentric wheel, the eccentric throw is half of the stroke. According to experience of some mine sites, the eccentric throw should no less than 30mm for cohesive ore.

The chute width is 2-2.5 times of maximum feeding granularity. The biggest chute feeder can supply ore with granularity less than 500mm, the most common specification is 980x1240 chute feeder, with feeding granularity between 350mm, which is the suitable for the 400x600 jaw crusher

Working principle of Vibrating Feeder:
There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, then counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up and move like para curve, then fall down. The materials will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder.
