Work theory

 The edible oil filling machine  filling machine is a kind of weighing filling machine with C3 level precision  weighing sensor.

 It uses two stainless steel pipeline pump to provide liquid transmission power to suck the liquid from the liquid storage tank in a certain speed. Then The edible oil filling machine can begin to filling to containers.At the same time the weiging sensort  the bottom of the container will pick up the received singal and transmitted  to the PLC by weighing module. PLC controls the open and close of filling valves according to the preset filling quantity, thus to complete high-precision quantitative filling.
