This series stator powder painting machine is designed to coating the stator core. Its advanced technology is mainly making powder coating on the stator and to keep them with insulation layer. Machine is easy to operate. The movement can be controlled by the buttons on the board of the machine. 

Working steps:
1.Pre-heating the stator by DC
2.DIP the stator with coils into the powder fluidizing box, powder will stick to the heating core, and finally forms a qualified coating layer.
