Import taxes:

Guarantee term:
1. Under the guarantee terms right here, if the product have a failure occurs under the normal-use inside this guarantee period, we will provide the replacement free of charge based on the proof-photos and details.
2. If the damages of these furniture products due to the incorrect operation, the rough-handling, or anything doesn't follow our instruction,we will provide the new item with all charges paid in your side.

How about the LCL order and FCL order?
LCL means total quantity of the order can`t reach a full 20FT container, the price term will turn into EXW (RMB, without tax) automatically. Here just provide the completed products inside our factory, but no responsibility for any other process of the trading such as custom-declaration handling and trucking.
The quotation is based on the large quantity (40FT container FCL). If it's not, then it will exist the FOB Local Charge as 500USD/20GP.
The FCL order in FOB term will be fully responsible in our side, according to the international trade-law.

Answer 4: Within 29 days on all the products. Here is able to speed up if your purchase-order is very urgent. Tell us about your PO in advance.

Answer 5: Firstly the price we quoted are all FOB price (USD). Certainly,our best price is able to offer for you based on the order quantity, so just let us know about your purchase quantity on your selected model number. The discount is ok to provided for one model one 40HQ container and multiple 40HQ containers FCL.

Question 6. What are the sample cost?
Answer 6: Contact our staff firstly right here, and tell out your new-order requiring model number, here will check the sample cost for you. 
(1). If purchasing our regular models, the sample cost could be refunded to customers after confirmed the 40HQ containers FCL orders, the delivery charge is paid by customers. 
(2). For customized sample, the sample fees will be quoted separately by us.

Question 7. Can you accept OEM or ODM orders?
Answer 7: Yes, we can. Customized orders are no problem, so please contact our staff in the first place.

Question 8, How much will the shipping charges be?
Answer 8: It will be according to the volume of your shipment and the shipping method.
