Description
Raw water is pumped to pipe side of decontamination column and heat exchanger by a feed pump, and the liquid level is controlled by level gauge. When industrial steam or hot water entering into heat exchanger, raw water is heated to evaporation temperature, forming strong thermal circulation inside the two columns. Pure steam will be generated in the evaporator (decontamination column). Low speed of steam and height of column will remove any possible impure droplets under the gravity. Through adjusting industrial steam valve opening with a pneumatic regulator, pure steam pressure can be constantly maintained at set point by user, in the range between 0 to 3 bars.

Main Features 
 1.Pure pure steam generator adopts unique tertiary separation technology(flash, gravity separation by 180 degrees exhumation and health type spiral separation technology), producing pure steam with best quality, as well as safe and reliable.
 
2. Device for continuous separating non-condensable gas from feed purified water is embedded into system, and impurities are excluded continuously.

3. Pre-heaters and evaporating columns adopt double tube plate design, preventing cross contamination to the greatest degree.

4. Evaporating column is equipped with special feedwater distribution plate, which can guarantee that supply water can form falling film in the column tube, 
to ensure the highest evaporation heat exchange efficiency.

5.Electro-polish: stainless steel surface treated by polishing

6..Double tube sheets design: The design for external pre-heater, condenser and 1 effect   
evaporator are double tube sheets. Comply with requirements of cGMP
