Equipment overview:
The capping machine continuously rolls the vials through a single, three or more capping knives. It can automatically complete the process of bottle feeding, feeding cover, rolling cover and bottle discharging. Equipment design and materials are fully compliant with cGMP regulations.

·Adopting advanced stepless variable speed motor and high precision electronic cam, compact structure, stable performance and convenient maintenance
·The bottle has a low breakage rate and a high success rate of capping
·With aluminum dust particle suction device, in line with cGMP specifications
·Adaptability to aluminum caps of different sizes and specifications, the edges of the caps are neat, greatly reducing the phenomenon of chipping and wrinkling
