Description:
This machine is an improved product based on the company's original infusion and washing seal machine for plastic bottles, aiming at the problem that the soft alliance material bottles are not easy to run on the conveyor belt. The improved unit has been proved to be suitable for the production of soft alliance bottles and more smoothly than the original model in the production of ordinary plastic bottles.
The new washing seal coupling engine is mainly improved as follows:
Main drive tooth system -- solve the problem that the main shaft-tooth transmission interval is relatively large, which affects the reliability of bottle handover and is prone to bottle drop.
Combined rack - convenient for maintenance and handling.
Adopt completely rotary ion air washing mechanism --- solve the problem of unreliable ion gun insertion.
Gravity time-pressure washing method is adopted to solve the problem of unstable control and complicated mechanism of the original pressure stabilized time-pressure filling and quantifying device.
The following rotary cap plate is adopted to solve the problems caused by the friction between the cap plate and the cap wheel.
The short air duct of the cap is reduced to solve the problem of excessive air volume for the cap blowing.
Improved clip structure, improved the stability of the clip rotation -- solving the problem of spring breaking easily.
