Description:
Mainly used for 30-150ML oral liquid and syrup filling and sealing. using high-precision ceramic plunger pump filling, high filling accuracy, disc positioning type upper and capping,and 4-knife centrifugal rolling knife for screwing Capping. beautiful and firm sealing. Reasonable design, stable operation, easy operation and maintenance, manufactured in full accordance with the new version of GMP standards, and widely used in pharmaceutical, food, health care and other industries.


Main Application
The syrup filling production line is composed of four equipments: bottle unscrambler, bottle washing machine, tunnel sterilization oven, and liquid filling and capping  machine. Each equipment can also working independently; It can automatically complete bottle unscrambling, cleaning, pre-heating, sterilization, drying, cooling, filling, screw (rolling) capping and other processes and is suitable for syrups, tinctures, wines, health products, beverages, sauces and other liquids with different viscosity in the pharmaceutical and food industries packaging line production;
