Cloning & seeding Cart is the perfect vertical system for compliant cutting production. Our grow cart can help simplify your cloning and seedling stage, while increasing your success rate. By growing your plant clones and seedlings vertically, you will save valuable floor space in your cutting production facility. Space that can be better used for flowering plants and increased crop turnover. Vertical clone cart provides three levels for growth.

The ways to cultivate:

A: For cutting

1) Dip cutting in a rooting compound. Rooting Compound is what we recommend. It should be applied directly to the cutting's stem prior to placing the cutting in the system.
2) Place cutting in the center of the circular cloning collar, making sure that at least 1 ½ to 2 inches of the cutting is suspended beneath the lid. All leaves should remain on the top of the lid.
3) Insert the cloning collars, each filled with a cutting, into the lid. Make sure they are fitted securely to prevent leakage.
4) Set the lid onto the reservoir making sure that the lid is securely seated
 

B: For seeding

1). Store 80% of water in the lower water storage bucket (high water level line), and start pumping water to the tank, meanwhile the water level in the lower water tank should not exceed 60% (water level line) , while the pump is not working, the water will flow down into the lower storage bucket, avoiding water overflow.
Note: usually pay attention to the water level, not less than the minimum water level line, so as to avoid pump idle burned. (Water will reduce, because of moisture evaporation and absorption of plant roots).

2). After the water level meets the standard, firstly adjust the nutrient solution concentration (EC value) and inject the suitable nutrient solution slowly and respectively, secondly put the planting plate well and put down the planting basket in the plate, thirdly put the planting sponge into the planting basket( Planting
sponges already have seeds ).

13. Each layer of lights can be powered off independently.
14. The nursery cabinet adopts a set of control system to control the on-off time, duration of the fill light, the working duration of the water pump, and the cycle period.
15. In order to facilitate the operation, a small transparent door is opened on the side of the cabinet.
