Amoxicillin Capsule
Amoxicillin is a penicillin antibiotic. Amoxicillin is a semisynthetic antibiotic, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.  It is used to treat certain kinds of bacterial infections. 
1.Active ingredient:Amoxicillin trihydrate
2.Dosage: 250mg, 500mg
3.Packing:10tablet/blister, 1blister or 10blister per box
4.Indication:1)Amoxicillin is indicated for the treatment of the following infections in adults and children 
• Acute bacterial sinusitis
• Acute streptococcal tonsillitis and pharyngitis
• Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis
• Community acquired pneumonia
• Acute otitis media
• Acute cystitis
• Acute pyelonephritis
• Asymptomatic Bacteriuria in pregnancy
• Typhoid and paratyphoid fevers
• Dental abscess with spreading cellulitis
• Prosthetic joint infections
• Helicobacter pylori eradication
• Lyme disease
2)Amoxicillin is also indicated for the prophylaxis of endocarditis. Consideration should be given to official guidance on the appropriate use of antibacterial agents.

Dosage:

Take 250 mg to 875 mg by oral route every 8 to 12 hours

 

Warning:

1.Keep out of reach of children.

2.Do not permit water runoff from feedlots to enter lakes, streams or ponds.  

3. Do not contaminate water by direct application or the improper disposal of drug containers.

Dispose containers in an approved landfill or by incineration.

Amoxicillin Chewable Tablet
1.Active ingredient:Amoxicillin trihydrate
2.Dosage:125mg, 250mg 
3.Packing:10tablet/blister, 1blister or 10blister per box

Mycoplasma Storage: Store below 30oC, away from direct sunlight, keep out of the reach of children.
Shelf Life: Three years when properly stored.
