Material and Structure 4Cr13 stainless steel plate for plastic mold, excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance, plate hardness HRC35-40, aging treatment, stress relief, long-term use will not be deformed, surface grinder accuracy of 0.01mm. The mold base is used for processing all the templates in one time, ensuring the concentricity of the forming holes and the guide sleeve, and the overall mold frame has high precision.
