AC yellow foaming agent is yellow powder with a relative density of 1.66. It is non-toxic, odorless and flammable. When it
decomposes, 32% of the weight is decomposed into gas, 27% sublimed, 41% residue, heat of decomposition 359.5 J/g, specific heat 0.26, combustion heat 1070 KJ/mol.
Application:
One of the most widely use blowing agents for long-pressure foaming and pressurized foaming with largest f oaming capacity.The product is widely used in PVC, EVA, PP, PE, natural rubber, PVC+NBR blending and other foaming, especially suitable for large-mode hot-press foaming and small-die hot-press foaming of EVAMD shoe materials, which can give excellent properties to foamed products, improve the elongation of products and obtain more excellent cell structure.
