Bale Opener:
In most cases, the PET bottles are getting baled in ton blocks.It is very tight to open by workers. So,Retech recommend our customer to use the bale opener machine in the beginning of the production line.
Label remover:
On the face of PET/HDPE bottles,the brands and ads are showing on labels. It is with stick to fixed,so to remove the labels is necessary before water washing.
Retech new type of label remover can max to remove labels to get more than 90%. Inner design with blades will scrape labels very efficiency.
The blades will Peel off the labels in very short time. It is dry working without water.

Manual Separator:
After label remover machine, many labels made and need to take out fastly by labors. Here need 3-4 labors to clean the labels. It will highly improve the quality of final flakes by reducing the impurities PPM content.
Crusher:
Retech design special constrction crusher according to PET bottles shapes and natures. We use inclined rotor box and stepped blades to improve the capacity.
The machines is getting very low noise and lower current compared with normal V shape rotor.
Crushing with water is better.
Bottom screen hole is from 10-20mm.
Washing Tank
Our washing tank is in inclined shape. It is high efficient for PET flakes washing and flakes will get fully clean inside and convey to next by the bottom screw.
On the top,the rollers will working to push the floating labels and caps to collection by small hopper.
Hot Washing Tank
The hot washing tank is another core point for the whole line. Working with chemicals like Soda will clean flakes better.Hot water will melting the glues between flakes and labels. Chemicals with hot water will complete wash the flakes.
You can decide to put the chemicals in right contect,usually we suggest to add chemicals 3%-5%.
(Heating by Electric or Steam)
Dryer Centrifugal Machine
Dryer ability controlled within 1% by centrifuga force. Rotor speed 1400RPM,fast to remove water and dry the flakes. Together with hot air device can ensure max dry the flakes. All the parts contact with flakes must be SUS 304 to ensure avoid the pollution.
Collection Hopper
To collect the dryed flakes for packing and loading.
