1, Characteristics of roller bit core barrel construction:
1). It is easy to operate and adapted widely. It can be drilled without circulation or with reverse circulation. After short-term training, the workers can master the operation methods.
2).This kind of technology can break the rock evenly with high efficiency, low cost and good piling quality.
2,Application
This method is suitable for the construction of rock socketed piling with diameter less than φ 1500mm and flat rock surface.
3,Principle of construction
1). When the roller wheel is working at the bottom of the hole, it is not only rotating around the kelly bar, but also around the center axis of the roller wheel. The rotation is carried out in rolling form, with small running resistance, so it can bear large drilling pressure.
2). When the roller bit contacts the rock at the bottom of the hole, the contact area between the alloy tooth on the roller bit and the rock is small (contact with the supporting point), and it is easy to obtain higher unit axial pressure, so as to crush the rock.
3). When the roller bit is rotating at the bottom of the hole, it is not only under the axial pressure of the kelly bar, but also by the impact load caused by the change of the central height of the cone during the rotation, which improves the effect of rock crushing.
4). when the tooth is rolling at the bottom of the hole, the carbide teeth alternately work to break the rock on by one. Each carbide tooth work for a short time with low wear, which is conducive to improving the life of the roller bit.
4,Warm tips for construction:
1). When the alloy bit meets the strongly weathered rock or hard rock, the alloy drill bit can be replaced with a suitable cone bit.
2). After the bit is lifted up, the muck and sediment in the bucket shall be removed in time, and the roller wheel, support point and flange plate shall be checked. If any damage, it shall be repaired for use in time
