Normally,we will make plastic mould by different mould material.But for plastic storage basket mould,we recommended to use 718, Shanghai Baogang steel P20 materials,because both the two steel can not only increase mould life,but also increase gloss of surface for parts . In addition,we employ a highly efficient circulating water system to reduce cooling time, achieving faster production and higher efficiency.

Negotiation- Material, cavity, price, delivery time, payment term, etc.
Place order- According your own design or choice our design
Mould design- We will communicate&Exchange the opinion with you during making drawing.
Tooling mould- After customer approve the mould design will start making mould.
Mould process- Provide updated tooling schedule every week to show the process.
Sample confirm- Send you sample for conform it, if not satisfied by customer. We modify mould.
Delivery mould- Delivery mould after customer approve sample and arrange shipment.

- Mould surface of core and cavity will be covered by antirust
- The mould surface will be covered by butter
- The mould will be packed by plastic membrane
- The mould will be put into wooden case
- Some other spare parts will be put into the wooden case together with mould, there are lifting bolt, water nozzle, water hose. Ejector-pin etc.
- Delivery Time:We will delivery injection mould in 45-60 days
