2) Working Principle:

By adopting mechnical method, then abrasive(shot blasting) will be cast into working surface at high speed and in a certain angle,the abrasive will impact working surface to roughen and remove leftovers(impurity),Meanwhile the negative pressure(attractive force)caused by dust collector will suck impurities via airstream.Intact abrasive is automatically recycled,and the impurities and dust will drop into the dust collecting box.

Our machine is at least 27cm width and can do 55cm,85cm and 100cm width per market request.

According to the working place,different place it will have different working speed.
d.What is the lead time of our shot blasting machine?
For small machines, usually we have stock in factory.
Big machines, the lead time is usually 45 to 60 days.
e.Are the machine tested before shipping?
Yes, all of our machines are tested before shipment.
f.What's your quality guarantee?
Quality guarantee time is one year.
g.Are you able to give Installation and commissioning overseas ? How long will it take?
Yes, we supply overseas service, but customer needs to pay for the engineers flight tickets and hotel, food.
