Bottle cooling machine is an auxiliary equipment of beverage line. It is used for cooling to process temperature after hot filling of polyester bottle and glass bottle under the condition of keeping the color, flavor and nutrient content of beverage unchanged, so as to facilitate labeling of labeling machine and labeling of labeling machine. It can ensure that containers can be put into cartons cleanly and dryly.

Bottle cooling machine is a new type of machine developed by our company on the basis of introducing and digesting foreign advanced skills and according to the national conditions. It mainly has the following characteristics: 
(1)The conveying system adopts high-strength plastic chain net, which has the characteristics of good strength, high temperature resistance, good water permeability and certain wear resistance. The cycloid pin wheel reducer is adopted in the main drive, which can make the transmission process more stable.
(2)The top of the body is provided with a movable window, and the side is provided with a manhole, which is convenient for opening, cleaning and maintenance.
(3)The spray device is the newly developed open hole structure, which has the characteristics of large flow, large spray area, simple structure and it is not easy to block.
(4)The outlet part is equipped with a pure water (grade I RO water or precision filtered water) spray device, which can better ensure the bottle cleaning.
