Features
1. Adopts the PLC and servo motors drives . Drive rolls, belts, fetching bags, position, feeding bags and sealing portion are driven by servo motors. Product transfer, feeding, pushing, bag fetching, bag opening, trim collection are full automatic.
 
2. Conveyor : Automatically set toilet rolls into 2 rows by touch screen (5-6 rolls for each row) , then push them into bundling machine.
 
3.  Into bag part: Push the prefab bags by vacuum belt and opened by sucker, then push the toilet roll packs into bags.
 
4.Sealing:Gusset format, heat sealing and sealing edge is straight and withour burrs.which adopts the individual temperature control system.
 
5. Main machine components are famous brand: Delta, Sick, Panasonic, OMRON, Shimpo, Schneider, Autonics, SUNX, Weinview, Airtac, SMC, Allen-Bradley, CHINT, etc.
