Rubber batch-off machine 
1. Introduction
   XPG-600 Rubber batch-off machine can satisfy the requirement of cooling, slicing, laminating rubber sheet,etc. The cooling mode can be devided into spray and immersion type. The user can choose the cooling mode freely.
 
2. Structure description
   The machine uses belt lifting and stainless steel woven mesh net lifting with rubber sheet head pressing device and printing device. According to customer's requirementm, vertical and horizontal blade cutter can be added. The hanging rubber length uses variable frequency and variable speed motor to control the hanging length freely. Then the rubber sheet will be fully cooled.
