Description:This product is clear, colorlessliquid.

Strength:1ml: 10mg

Indications:

To elevate blood pressure for the treatment of hypotension during general anesthesia and prevent arrhythmia; It can also be used for hypotension induced by intravertebral block, but it is possible to reduce cardiac output.

To terminate the onset of paroxysmalsupraventricular tachycardia.


Contraindications:

The product contraindicated in patients with atherosclerosis, organic heart disease, hyperthyroidism, severe hypertension or glaucoma. Patients who had been treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors in the last two weeks are also prohibited to use the drug.


Pharmacokinetics:

The effect takes place within 1 ~ 2 minutes after intravenous injection, and t last for 5 ~ 15 minutes. The effect takes place 15 ~ 20 minutes after the intramuscular injection, and last for 1 ~ 1.5 hours.
